Croatian School



Zmijavci Primary School is placed in village Zmijavci, near the town of Imotski, a rural area in the Split-Dalmatia County, in the central part of the Adriatic coast. Zmijavci has about 2,500 inhabitants and the main economic activities are viticulture agriculture and tourism. The students in our school come from all the surrounding areas. They are aged between 6 and 14. The school offers Compulsory primary education (years 1 to 8). In our school, we give the students a comprehensive primary education and prepare them to cope with higher studies. Our students learn three foreign languages, English, Italian and French. Teachers run different workshops which deal with cooperative learning, correlative teaching, ICT, the library and music as well as different science projects.

Spain School

Carmen and Severo Ochoa School is placed in Luarca (Villar), in the borough of Valdés, a rural area in the principality of Asturias. Luarca has 5000 inhabitants and the main economic activities are fishing, farming and tourism. The students in our school come from all the surrounding areas.  They are aged between 12 and 18. The school offers Compulsory secondary education (years 1, 2, 3  and 4 ESO), A Levels (Science and Technology, Humanities and Social Sciences, and Arts) and  Vocational Training (medium grade studies) on Electronics, Business Management and Mechanics.
 Our students are offered the possibility of having lessons in French and English as languages of instruction, since our school has got a multilingual education programme.
